Sending Artwork

There are two ways you can send us your artwork:

Email:
If you would prefer to email us your artwork you can send artwork to graphics@favourdigital.com Please remember to quote your order number (if its available) on the email.

Post:
If you would prefer to submit your artwork on a CD or USB stick please sent it to the address below. Your CD or memory stick will be returned to you with your order.

Preparing your Artwork:
We check all artwork before press to ensure that the size, resolution, bleed and safe zones are correct. If your file is not supplied in our preferred format we will email you a pdf proof. This proof will need to be approved before it can be booked into print. We will also contact you via email or phone if there are any other problem/s with your artwork. We cannot check spelling or colours (RGB or Pantone colours will be converted to CMYK which may affect your colours). Artwork should be supplied in print ready .pdf.

Before you send your artwork, please take a few minutes to work your way through our checklist, as this will avoid any unnecessary delays or additional costs

File(s) supplied as 'Press Ready' PDF (see footnote)

• If you do not have .PDF creating software, you can download a PC version from your PC
• File is supplied 1-up centered on a page (click here for example)
• All colours are CMYK (no pantones or RGB)
• Any tint used must have at least 8% to be visible on the print.
• All fonts are converted to curves/ outlines
• Images are at least 300dpi resolution
• Layers and transparancies are flattened before creating the PDF
• Crop marks added to all edges and centered within page
• 3mm bleed is added to all edges
• Safe area is 3mm from the trim edge (NOT 3mm from the bleed edge)
